		<title>National Homeless and Missing Persons Week</title>

		<content type="text/html" mode="escaped"><![CDATA[ <img src="images/img_homeleft.jpg" width="176" height="126" border="0" alt="" /> <br /><br />This year  <b>Homelessness Australia</b>  teams up with the AFP&#039;s  <b>National Missing Persons Week</b>  to spotlight the missing who are also experiencing homelessness. <br /> <b> <i>WHERE DO THEY GO? </i>  </b> <br />The theme highlights the question asked by many when their loved ones go missing and when missing people are also homeless. They offer everyone the opportunity to connect with and discover a much wider world.<br /><br />Australians benefit from services provided by approximately 9,000 school libraries, 42 university libraries, 387 TAFE campus libraries, and thousands of health libraries, law libraries and other special libraries.<br /><br />This year&#039;s Library and Information Week theme celebrates the discovery element to libraries and to celebrate libraries as the place to access, communicate, connect, educate, entertain and inform.<br /><br />So get into a library and share in the celebrations - you never know what you might find out!<br />]]></content>

		<title>Schizophrenia Awareness Week</title>

		<title>National Volunteer&#039;s Week</title>

		<title>Fab Four!</title>

We miss her already!<br />Our new library technician is Lisa Beecham, who many of you will recognise from the Kempsey Shire Library, where she has worked with services to young people for several years.
