reviewing your results

Here are some points to check before you settle down to the task of putting your assignment together:

1. Have you found sufficient material to answer your assignment question in full?

If not, you may need to review the types of information sources available, for alternatives. See getting started: types of information sources.

2. Are the resources you have found in appropriate formats?

Some formats provide information in more suitable ways than others, depending on what sort of assignment you have. This is covered in getting started: learning about information sources.

3. Do you have details of where you obtained all the resources you want to use?

If not, return to your searches and write the details on a bibliography record sheet.
